All our customers abide by West Ealing Cars Terms and Conditions

West Ealing Cars terms and conditions apply to all our customers who confirm to receive our service, by either telephone or online bookings.

West Ealing Cars reserves the right to make any changes in the initially set format of the services required in case of safety issues or any other statutory or regulatory bindings.

West Ealing Cars reserves the right of setting their Price lists and making any alteration without a prior notice, but altered prices will not apply on the already booked jobs.

West Ealing Cars follows a fixed price policy irrespective of any bank holidays, New Year or Christmas days.

West Ealing Cars does not take the responsibility for missed flights or any other delays due to unavoidable circumstances, such as unusual traffic, accidents, or natural hazards like weather.

West Ealing Cars allows the first 5 minutes of the waiting time to be free in all general pickups, however after that you will be charged 25p per minute. In the case of Airport pickups first 40 minutes after the time of landing will be free but after that the same charge of 25p per minute will apply.

If the passenger is waiting at the information desk of the airport and fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the company so as to arrange how to meet. Passenger should not just leave the airport without letting the company know as this will be regarded as a ‘no show’.

West Ealing Cars quotes a fixed price to our customer for a particular job and any alterations in the service requested by the customer will incur an extra charge depending on the distance and time.

West Ealing Cars do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. This is the Customers’ responsibility to ensure that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times. The client will be responsible for its entire luggage and especially valuables and the company will take no responsibility upon any loss out of negligence or carelessness of the customer.

West Ealing Cars assign vehicles for bookings based on the Customer’s preferences or request, suiting the number of passengers and luggage. Therefore, the driver reserves the right to refuse to overload the vehicle for safety and regulatory obligations.

West Ealing Cars reserves the right to charge the customers in case of any damage caused by the customer to the hired vehicle. The charges will be made according to the value of the damage.

West Ealing Cars strictly conform to the non-smoking policy in all our vehicles.

West Ealing Cars reserves the right to make any change the vehicle or driver at any time, if required.

West Ealing Cars reserves the right to refuse any passenger who is likely to be drunk or under drug influence who seems to be a threat to the driver, vehicle or any other passenger.

West Ealing Cars reserves the right to check any items booked for courier services.

West Ealing Cars does not take responsibility of the damage to any fragile items booked for delivery, but is not packaged properly.

West Ealing Cars does not take the responsibility for late deliveries due to unavoidable circumstances, such as unusual traffic, accidents, or natural hazards like weather.

Moreover, without the prior permission of West Ealing Cars, any copy or misuse of any website content will be a breach of agreement, and will subject to persecution.
